Pollution in Delhi

Delhi is the NCR (National Capital Region) of India. It is the most polluted city in the world. Air pollution in Delhi gets dangerously high during Diwali celebrations. 

Diwali is a festival of happiness but some people take it as a cracker burning day. Crackers make a lot of pollution. According to NASA the pollution level of Delhi has reached the alarming level. 

Diwali is also a very noisy event because people burst crackers that make a very loud noise. 2016 has been the most pollutest year for Delhi till now. 1800 primary schools have been shut down due to worst pollution conditions, this decision of government affect around 9 lakh children. Most of the air pollution in Delhi is not due to vehicle traffic it is about 50% road dust 23% industrial pollution and 7%of vehicle traffic. Most of the pollution Made in Delhi is made on the day of Diwali if you go outside on the day of Diwali during the night you will not get enough O2 (oxygen) to breathe. Scientists have also said that if the pollution stays on like this, one day will be the end of Delhi.
