Mental health and its ramifications

So today, we would be talking about mental health.

What is mental health and how crucial it is in ones life. Mental health has been one of the major attention grabbing topic in the past decade. Why?


Because of the increasing suicide rate all over the world. Bullying is one such act which affects mental health exponentially.


Now we have to understand that just making fun of someone is not bullying, bullying is harassing a person to the highest extent. 


We being the part of the futuristic century have to accept that making fun or simply troll someone is not bullying but when you cross the limit that is known as bullying, trolling for entertainment is fine but when it goes to being abusive, judging characters at that point it becomes threatening. 


As a student we all might have been slightly bullied either by our mates or seniors but that does not affect our peace of mind that much because we accept it as a way of fun or something else. But when a person is really being bullied it destroys their peace of mind and shatters the persons mental health. 


What is a bully? A person who teases you, a person who calls you different names a person who tries to hit you. No deep down that person has been from that same trauma same past and thats what made him like this. 


I would not disagree to the fact that there are bullies that have no bad past and they just do it to satisfy or boost their ego but most of them or according to my say majority of them have been mistreated or misguided in the past and now just to overcome it they do that things to some other person.


Basically its a chain. We have to break the chain so no other person even thinks about bullying someone. A normal person would  only bully someone if he has been through something bad. When a person gets harassed its not only his mental health affected it affects the person physically too. Insecurities is the biggest problem in todays date because you get judged for each and everything. You are fat you’ll be told to loose some fat you are slim you’ll be taunted too. 


There is no difference whatsoever but the point is we have to be truthful to ourselves if we want to change we will if we don't want to then nobody’s opinion should be hurting us. 


Mental health- The trendy topic, isn't it? One big personality commits suicide or something happens suddenly the pseudo sympathy starts getting channelised among the people or I would say influencers. Why dont we talk about mental health earlier , why do we always act when we loose someone why do we always have to address the consequences after something bad has already happened because these people do not really care about mental health.


It Is a fact that a person who is not mentally happy can not stay physically fit at all times. When a person is going through something his health would also be affected and by posting stories on various platforms that you can come talk to us wont help the person. When a person is actually depressed even he/she doesn’t whats wrong so instead of posting stories we should act on the real ground basis, we should talk to our friends family or whosoever you can talk directly because thats the only thing that is gonna help. 


Taking in consideration the current scenario the pandemic covid 19 has caused a major or I would say humongous effect on mental as well as the physical health of people at this point in time with so many casualties happening do to this virus the whole world is shook  negativity is spread all around and at this point of time we dont even know whats gonna happen the next moment, so we should support each other actually and not just posting stories and posts as a hypocrite we should be with our loved ones and as a personal opinion end grudges with whosoever they are because we dont know whats gonna happen next so its better to stay happy and satisfied for whatever we have.


Concluding it all, I want to say that we together have to step up against bullying and for that we have to help each and everyone in our reach on reality basis we have to understand what is going in the mind of the person who tries to harass or bully the other person. Together we can beat each and everything lets come together and help each other in these suffering times and stay happy with whatever we are and we have achieved while we still strive for more because a successful person stays happy and at the same time works for more future endeavours.
