Physical movement is very important in our life. We should exercise daily for keeping our body healthy and physically fit.
Children should study but children should also play because if they don’t they will get a habit for it and that thing will then harm them in future.
Some children just play on laptops and pcs and they get spectacled soon because of so much of visual play and they do not play physically.
The people who are old they do not need to play they should walk only 1 hour in a day. Children’s should focus on their study and ensure that they make their body physically move.
For children, if we do not do physical movement, soon our body will become weak and weak and after some time it will stop working and then we won’t be able to move from one place to another and then our body will be like a piece of junk.
Now if we don’t focus on physical movement in childhood then we will suffer when we are old and surely when we are small to. Children should play outdoor games like football, volleyball. Cricket and many more games.
